My little weiner dog

As most of you know we have a weiner dog Buttons. Buttons has not ever really adjusted to Rylan being around. Rylan loves Buttons. She gets very excited when Buttons is around, and shows her love with a little aggression. Unfortunately, Buttons does not return the love. Rylan tries to grab Buttons ears, tail, or whatever body part of the dog she can get her hands on. Yesterday I gave Rylan a weiner dog beanie baby. She seemed to really enjoy smacking it around and biting on its tail. I think this will be a perfect trade off. It will give Buttons a break from the abuse for NOW.

Grambee came over to play with Rylan the other night. They were have a great time on the floor until Rylan decided to do her hair and massage her face as you can see from the picture. It was not the gentlest of massages, but you have to love the faces she makes as she is going for your hair. Her daddy lets her pull on his hair, and she attempts to go for mine. I would like to keep my hair for awhile longer so I normally pull it back out of her reach.

This weekend we are planning a trip to Kentucky with Mark's parents. Papa Joe bought a boat! We are going to have a nice relaxing Labor day weekend. We also plan on seeing some of my family on the trip. We will make sure to take lots of pictures!
